Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped Australia-wide using a standard shipping service, with oversized items dispatched via courier. A shipping turnaround of 10-15 days is expected, and tracking information will be provided in the dispatch email. Please note that international shipping is not currently offered; contact for a quote.
Return Policy:
For photographic prints, refunds are available for unopened and unhandled prints in their original packaging with certificates. The print must have no creases or damage - handling with cotton
gloves is recommended. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Framed prints cannot be returned or exchanged.
Photo Print Care Instructions:
Upon receiving your print, please do not open it. Instead, take it to a professional framer to avoid mishandling. To ensure the longevity of your photographic print, follow these guidelines:

Have it framed by a professional using archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic.
Damaged during shipment:
If your print is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing us for assistance.
Be sure to include a photo of the damage with your email.
